Today's young people have many options when deciding what to do with their future. There's school, jobs, health, housing, family and friends, plus finding ways to help in your community!

The first big decision is to figure out what you need and what you can do for yourself. This tool was created to help you make these decisions, to help guide you to the resources in your community, and to create a plan for how you might approach these decisions.  Once you have made a plan, you can print, save, or E-mail it to have on hand when you need it!
